Antoinette leads the NS Reset Journey and Integration Coaching, and offers integration coaching during the ANSA before closing it with your next steps. She speaks, teaches and runs workshops and cohorts. Warm, direct, and a mirror rather than a cheerleader.

Sandra heard about the Harmonic Egg® on a podcast and sent it to Antoinette. That is how Arkanic began. She shapes how the studio feels from the moment you arrive, and hosts Saturdays, evenings and Modality Monday.

If you have been inside Noa on a weekday, Jennie was probably the one who settled you in. She runs most Harmonic Egg® sessions Monday to Friday and keeps the whole studio moving.
