Every session follows the same shape: arrive, find the turn, challenge what needs challenging, close with one real next step. You own the meaning. She holds the mirror.
Coaching here is direct, grounded and reflective. It is not therapy, and when therapy or medical care is what you need, she will say so and help you find it.
