Cancellation Policy

Sessions

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

You can reschedule from your Acuity confirmation email, or call 902-478-6344.

Packages

Session packages are non-refundable but transferable to another person with at least 48 hours notice.

If we cancel

If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.

Events and workshops
