Terms of Service

Arkanic Healing Studio provides wellness sessions including the Harmonic Egg®, Bio-Well® biofield assessments, the NS Reset Journey, and related programmes. All sessions are non-invasive, supportive wellness experiences.

Not medical care. Nothing we offer — including session results, Bio-Well® scan data, practitioner notes, or AI-generated report explanations — constitutes medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. Our services do not replace medical care.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or book a session independently. Minors may attend sessions only with a parent or legal guardian present and with the guardian's written consent on file. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

• Booking: Sessions are confirmed once payment or a deposit is received via Acuity Scheduling.
• Cancellation: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
• Packages: Session packages are non-refundable but transferable to another person with at least 48 hours notice.
• Studio cancellations: If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.

When you create an account on this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@arkanichealing.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Do not attempt to access another user's account, circumvent security controls, or use the portal in any way that could harm the Studio or other users.

The Bio-Well® AI assistant in the client portal provides plain-language explanations of your scan results using Claude (Anthropic). It is designed solely to help you understand your Bio-Well® report — it will not answer questions outside that scope.

AI-generated explanations are informational only and do not constitute medical advice. The assistant may make errors. Always consult your practitioner for interpretation of your results.

Your scan context is shared with Anthropic's API to generate responses. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Some longer questions on our intake form offer a “Speak your answer” button. It is entirely optional — every field can always be typed, and nothing about your care changes either way.

Dictation uses the speech recognition built into your own browser. In Chrome and Edge, that means the audio of what you say is transmitted to that browser vendor’s speech service to be converted into text. Because intake answers concern your health, we treat this as a disclosure to a third party under PIPEDA: we ask for your express consent before the microphone is ever opened, we explain what happens at the moment we ask, and we do not turn it on by default.

Arkanic Healing Studio does not record, receive, or store any audio. Only the text that appears in the form field — which you can read, correct, or delete before submitting — is ever sent to us, exactly as if you had typed it. Your consent is remembered on that device only and can be withdrawn at any time using “Turn dictation off”, or by clearing your browser’s site data.

Speech recognition is imperfect. You remain responsible for reviewing the transcribed text for accuracy before you submit the form. If a browser offers no speech recognition, the button simply does not appear.

You agree not to:

• Use the website or portal for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the website or its infrastructure.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Use automated tools to interact with the booking system or AI assistant at a volume that constitutes abuse.

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, course materials, and the Arkanic Healing name and mark — is the property of Arkanic Healing Studio and protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Harmonic Egg® is a registered trademark of Gail Lynn. Bio-Well® is a registered trademark of its respective owner. Our use of these marks is descriptive only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arkanic Healing Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this website, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, session outcomes, or interruption of service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
