Arkanic Healing is a grounded, premium growth, healing and wellness studio that bridges science and spirit through nervous system regulation, energy-based healing, and measurable insight.
Our mission
Arkanic Healing Studio exists to help you arrive as you are, regulate before you optimize, and uncover what has been hidden beneath the surface, so you can align with what is true, navigate what comes next, and build a life worth contributing.
We hold the space. Your nervous system does the work. Science and spirit, together, until you believe in and support yourself.
What we mean by healing
Gathering the pieces. The beliefs you inherited, the experiences you did not choose, the habits that once kept you safe. You bring them into one place, look at them honestly, and come out with more peace, more calm, and more say over your own life.
And by growth
The long game. The decision to keep becoming better for the whole of your life, not for a season. Changing habits, mindset, and sometimes the people and places around you. Healing what was handed to you so the next people in your family are not handed the same thing. It can be a lonely road. It is worth it anyway, and you do not have to walk it alone.

How it started
It started with a podcast
Sandra Mattice was listening to a podcast about heart rate variability when the Harmonic Egg® came up. She sent it to Antoinette, who understood straight away that frequency was part of where wellness was heading.
By Labour Day 2025 the Egg was here. A pilot group ran through the autumn to test it properly. On 4 January 2026 Arkanic opened, with a waitlist and very little else in place. Demand came before the infrastructure. The family said yes: one year, all in, build it right.
Antoinette and Sandra are co-founders. Sandra is Antoinette's mother-in-law, and the one who found the Egg. Both of those are the story.
Where the name comes from
Arkanic comes from the Latin arcanum, a hidden essence or sacred mystery revealed through experience rather than handed over.
The spelling changed to a K as a nod to Noa, the Harmonic Egg®, and to the Ark, the vessel that carries you through. Our mark is Metatron's Cube: the hidden within the visible, the interconnectedness of all things, and order emerging from complexity. Science and mystery, together.
