What it is
A chamber built for rest
Noa is a wooden resonance chamber. You recline in a zero gravity chair inside it while sound, coloured light and acoustic resonance surround you. The shape of the chamber sends the sound back to you from every surface at once, which a pair of headphones cannot do.
You do not have to choose anything. The music is curated by your Growth Guide, in the moment, and so is the colour, reading how you arrived that day and adjusting as the session unfolds. Your only job is to relax.

Why people come back
Most people fall asleep in here. That is not the point, and it is not a problem.
People often describe the first twenty minutes as waiting for something to happen, and the next thirty as not being sure where they went. Some cry. Plenty feel nothing dramatic in the room and notice something different two days later.
That is why we scan. A feeling is hard to hold onto. A pair of readings side by side is not.

About the Egg
Do I need meditation experience?
No. There is nothing to do. People who say they cannot meditate often do best in here, because nothing is being asked of them.
Is it loud?
It is full rather than loud. You can talk over it.
Can I stop partway through?
Yes, any time. The door is never locked.
Do I have to do the ANSA first?
Yes, before your first standalone session. It includes a full Egg session and it gives your Growth Guide a first read on how you respond, so every session after it is curated from something real.
Is it safe if I am pregnant, have a pacemaker, or have seizures?
Tell us before you book and we will talk it through properly. There are a small number of situations where we say not now.
How often should I come?
Whatever you can sustain. Once is worth doing. Weekly for six weeks is why the NS Reset Journey exists.
