How it works

Coherent frequency,
applied to a regulated body.

The Egg surrounds you with layered sound and coloured light tuned to frequencies that invite the autonomic nervous system out of sympathetic activation. The chamber itself is geometric — an acoustic and optical resonator — not a speaker in a room.

Because the signal is coherent, the body does not have to filter it. That is why sessions feel so deep so quickly. You are not being fixed. You are being given a quiet enough field that your system can recalibrate on its own.

    Arrival & grounding

    Ten quiet minutes to settle, hydrate, and transition out of the day before stepping into the chamber.

  2. 02

    Inside the Egg

    Forty minutes of calibrated sound and light in a reclined position. You remain fully clothed; you may sleep, meditate, or simply rest.

  3. 03

    Silent integration

    Ten minutes of stillness in the studio after the session ends — no music, no conversation, space for the body to settle.

  4. 04

    Debrief

    Brief check-in with your practitioner. Observations, any shifts noticed, and the next recommended step.

  • What does a session feel like?

    Most guests describe deep physical relaxation — heavy limbs, slowed breath, a mind that finally quiets. Some fall asleep. Some experience vivid imagery or emotional release. There is no required experience.

  • Is it safe? Are there contraindications?

    The Harmonic Egg® is non-invasive and uses calibrated sound and light — no electrical stimulation of the body. We ask about pregnancy, pacemakers, seizure history, and recent concussion on the intake form, and we review together before your first session.

  • How often should I come?

    A single session supports acute reset. For nervous system retraining, most guests do our six-session NS Reset Journey over four to six weeks, then transition to a monthly maintenance cadence.

  • What should I wear or bring?

    Comfortable, unrestrictive clothing. Remove watches and jewellery where possible. Bring water. You do not need to bring anything else — blankets and cushions are provided.

  • Can I eat before?

    A light meal an hour or two before is ideal. Avoid heavy food, alcohol, and recreational substances on session day — they dull the signal.
