Reiki, reflexology, Yin and cacao. Sessions for when the tank is empty, and for when something is ending and something is starting.
How Bailee works
Bailee does not run a fixed treatment. She reads the room, reads you, and builds from what is actually there on the day.
Reiki runs through almost everything she does. Reflexology, facial work, Yin, breath, meditation and ceremonial cacao get layered in depending on whether you have arrived depleted or arrived stuck. Most people start with Open and Alchemize, because it tells both of you where you are.
I am not a licensed healthcare professional. This is wellness and coaching support.
