About the evening
Most people arrive intending to stay awake and do not manage it. Helena plays live crystal bowls while you lie still, and the room does the rest.
Formats alternate week to week: on mats on the floor, or raised on a massage bed with light hands on work. Can't lie on the floor? No problem. Choose a massage bed week.

- Wear something you can lie still in, and bring a layer
